Refund policy

All items sold by The Anchor’d Mustardseed are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note:

We cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
